Intense and complex. With fruity notes of red and blackberries, black cherry. Floral hints that remind the violet, and nuances of pepper and liquorice.
Longevity:
The Estro 2021 will reach its full expressive potential beginning in fall 2023 and will continue to develop in character through 2031 and beyond if properly cellared.
Taste:
Full-bodied and deep. Balanced and fruity. At the finish the wine is very persistent.

Vinification in the bordelaise style with a maceration period of 12 - 16 days in stainless-steel tanks maintained at a temperature of 26 - 30°C. Depending of the varietal composition and the structure, the wine is matured in new (50%) and one year old (50%) French barriques for 12 till 17 months. The four varietal compositions are vinified separately and assembled just before bottling.
