Return policy

In the case of claims concerning our wines, the following rules apply:

1. Return of the Product:
   Disputed wines must be returned to our company with at least 3/4 of the original content and with the original cork.
2. Impossibility of Physical Return:
   If it is not possible to return the bottle with the original cork, please send us detailed pictures of the defective corks so that we can carry out the necessary checks on their origin.
3. Replacement of the Product:
   Replacement will only be carried out after verification of the cause of the defect and will take place with the currently available vintage. The costs for sending replacement bottles are borne by our company.
4. Applicable regulations:
   Please note that insofar as not expressly stated, Articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations shall apply.
